To make a tomato gazpacho, simply blend together in your food processor the following ingredients: tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, almonds, water, vinegar, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Another summertime favorite is chilled cucumber soup with yogurt. To make, process cucumbers, chives, mint, parsley, milk, sour cream, and yogurt. Let chill for an hour, and you’re finished!
