Memorial Day Grilling. In addition to burgers and hot dogs, treat yourself this Memorial Day with some homemade street corn. Nothing tastes better than sweet corn with a good char.
- 4 ears of shucked corn
- ¼ cup of mayonnaise
- ¼ cup of sour cream
- ½ cup of feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- ¼ cup of chopped cilantro leaves
Get your grill started and while it’s getting toasty mix together your spread ingredients. When the grill is hot, place your shucked corn on and let sit. Rotate the corn occasionally and continue cooking for about 8 minutes.
When it’s cooked through, move the corn from the grill and coat evenly with the mayo-cheese spread you made earlier. Serve hot on a plate with some lime wedges. For an extra kick, top off with chili powder.
