Inspired by Southern California’s warm holiday season, Kimo Sabe concocted the perfect festive cocktail, Cinnamon Cider Cooler. This cocktail puts a twist on the traditional cider by adding Kimo Sabe’s Añejo Mezcal, the special ingredient that is guaranteed to sleigh any holiday gathering.


1½ oz Kimo Sabe Añejo

½ oz cinnamon schnapps

¾ oz lemon juice

½ oz honey

1 tablespoon apricot preserves

2 oz sparkling apple cider


*Shake all ingredients with ice except cider. Strain into tall glass with fresh ice, top with cider, and garnish with cinnamon stick. Voila!*
