A simple and delicious dessert solution: No bake cheesecake. If you’re new to baking or looking for a simple dessert to whip up for the kids, no bake cakes are the right choice. They’re simple in preparation but deliver on flavor. Creamy cheesecake is one of my favorite oven-free desserts, and I recommend making a juicy, fruit-filled cheesecake. Vanilla and Blueberry Cheesecake has the perfect amount of sweetness and acidity. To make, place 3 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and 11 tablespoons of melted butter in a large mixing bowl, and stir. Coat the bottom and sides of an 8-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Press your mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate. Next, mix 2 cups of cream cheese, 1 ½ cups condensed milk, and 1 tablespoon vanilla, then pour into the prepared crust. Place in the refrigerator and let chill for several hours or overnight. Finally, top with desired canned or fresh berries. My favorite are blueberries. Cut cheesecake into wedges gently and serve. Sweet but simple no bake cheesecake!
