Fill each glass with 1 ounce of framboise or cassis liqueur, top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist. A Champagne Cooler is also easy. Pour 1 ounce of brandy and 1 ounce of Triple Sec into the glass and top off with Champagne. Stir and garnish with mint sprigs. If all else fails, mix orange juice and Champagne in a 1 to 2 ratio and use orange slices for garnish. The ever­ simple Mimosa never disappoints.
