Another cocktail to keep you warm on cold winter nights, Gaelic Punch requires no runes or stone-circles to make right. Just muddle the zest of three lemons in a heatproof bowl with six tablespoons of raw sugar. Let those two sit for a couple hours before muddling them again, and then adding four ounces of boiling water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Strain the liquid into another heatproof bowl and stir in half a seven-hundred fifty milliliter bottle of a young Irish Whiskey, along with another sixteen ounces of boiling water.
