The Millionaire’s Martini. I’m Anthony Dias Blue with the Blue Lifestyle Minute sponsored by CUISINART. Sometimes a drink is well worth the extra effort. The Millionaire’s Martini is exactly that, except that it is deceptively easy to make. Start with 1 part your favorite dry gin, such as Bulldog London Dry Gin, and add to that a ¼ part dry vermouth in an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir well and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon peel and top with champagne for that luxurious final touch. Great for multiple occasions, The Millionaire’s Martini will have you swearing that it’s still 1923 and the stock market is never going to go down.
