Some of my family prefers stuffing to turkey. I’m Anthony Dias Blue with the Blue Lifestyle Minute sponsored by CUISINART. You can start by making your own cornbread – we’ve already made and frozen ours. If you use packaged stuffing, try the ones made by Pepperidge Farm. Get an eight-ounce package of cornbread stuffing and an eight-ounce package of herb stuffing. Melt a quarter cup of chicken fat or butter in a pan. Then, over medium heat, saute three chopped onions and one minced clove of garlic. Cook until translucent. Combine the vegetables and fat with two well-beaten eggs, one cup chicken broth, and half cup chopped parsley. Add the packaged stuffing or homemade cornbread, and stir, using a fork, to combine. Keep it airy. Remember, the stuffing and the turkey should be cold and kept refrigerated. Don’t overstuff: stuffing expands during cooking. l1 m Anthony Dias Blue sponsored by CUISINART -fine small appliances and cookware. Visit CUISINART.COM.
