TULLAMORE D.E.W. IRISH COFFEE

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ parts Tullamore D.E.W. Original
  • 1 ½ parts strongly brewed coffee (Recommended: any premium dark roast)
  • ½ part sugar (Recommended: Demerara Sugar)
  • Lightly whipped heavy cream
  • Cinnamon or nutmeg

 Method: Preheat a clear-stemmed glass with very hot water. Add the sugar and brewed coffee and stir well. Once sugar has melted, stir in the Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey. Gently whip the heavy cream by shaking it in a protein shaker with a blender ball – you want a still somewhat loose, not stiff consistency.  Pour the cream over the back of a hot teaspoon to top the drink (and prevent cream from penetrating the top of the drink). Finally, garnish with grated nutmeg or cinnamon for spicy finish.

 

ICED IRISH COFFEE

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ parts Tullamore DEW
  • ¾ part Irish Cream (like Kerrygold or Baileys)
  • 1 part Espresso
  • ¼ part Simple Syrup

 Method: Combine ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a rocks glass and add fresh ice, garnish with mint leaf.

 

NITRO IRISH COFFEE SHOT

Ingredients:

  • 10 ½ parts Tullamore DEW
  • 20½ parts Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 parts Simple Syrup

Method: Add nitro charger and shake before pouring.

EMERALD ISLE

  • 1.5 parts Reyka
  • .5 part Passou passion fruit liqour
  • .5 part Blue Curacao
  • 1.5 parts Kiwi Perfect Puree
  • .5 part fresh lemon juice
  • .5 part simple syrup

Method: Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, double strain, and serve in rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

POCKET FULL OF GREEN

  • 1.5 parts Hendrick’s Gin
  • 8 -12 Torn Mint Leaves
  • 1 parts Cucumber Juice
  • 0.5 parts Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 parts Aloe Vera Juice
  • 1 parts Soda Water

Method: Add Hendrick’s Gin, cucumber and lemon juice along with mint into a glass and gently muddle until a pulpy consistency. Add plenty of cracked ice and churn. Add aloe vera juice, soda and stir. Add more crushed ice, building into a stack.

 

EL VOCHO

  • 4 parts Milagro Reposado
  • 4 parts Dole® Pineapple Juice (Tinned)
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 10 cilantro leaves
  • 1 small jalapeño slice

Method: In four shooter glasses, pour Milagro Reposado neat. Blend all other ingredients together. Strain and pour into four separate shooter glasses.
