- 1 pound of strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 a lemon
Start off by slicing up your strawberries. Mix in a large bowl with the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Squeeze in half a lemon and let the berries marinate for a couple of hours for the juices to form.
